Julie Dobbs Burbank is a highly motivated team player, result oriented professional with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Julie brings 10 years of Human Resource experience to my office as the Director of Operations.  Her experience with employee benefits and 401K's are a perfect match with Northwestern Mutual. Julie’s expertise in the Human Resources field makes her a valuable resource in reaching clients from all backgrounds and social status. She has a true touch at making our clients feel like friends and family.

 Julie Dobbs Burbank graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communications.  Julie enjoyed some of her time at OU in her sorority Zeta Tau Alpha but is better known as the starting shortstop for the University of Oklahoma Sooners softball team in 1990-1993.  Julie was chosen by NIKE to represent OU during the 1992 College World Series. She was honored by having one of her diving catch photos turned into a poster to represent the Women College World Series.  During her stay at OU, Julie earned the 1993 Emerging Leader Award in Communications. 
 
Julie is married to Dennis Burbank. Dennis is a graduate from Oklahoma State University where he played both basketball for Coach Eddie Sutton and baseball for Coach Gary Ward. Dennis and Julie have two children.  Their daughter Jordan is 10 or double digits as she would say and their son, Drew is 5 years old.  They live in Edmond where they attend Lifechurch.tv.  Julie and Dennis enjoy scuba diving and playing co-ed softball when not chasing kids around.

Megann Longmore joined our office in November 2009 after graduating from Oklahoma State University, with a degree in Finance. While at OSU, Megann served on the Orange Peel Finance Committee, was an OSU Spur, and was also treasurer of her sorority. Her favorite community service projects while at OSU, were Early Head Start and tutoring at the local elementary schools.

 Her experience prior to joining Northwestern included internships at Hier Insurance Services and State Farm Insurance. She earned her bank certification while at State Farm in Topeka, Kansas.
 
This fall, Megann earned her Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University to better understand Continuous Improvement techniques. After a brief stint away from Stillwater, Megann is glad to be back, so close to her alma mater.
